GRADUATION! Today 15 students graduated from the Jobs for Life class. This was an excellent class and we ask for your prayers as they embark on their job searches.
EMPLOYED THIS WEEK! Ricardo Greer--who just graduated today--is already employed at Western Power Sports. In the picture at left, he addresses the group at Friday's graduation ceremony and talks about what Jobs for Life meant to him. Also this week: Tadarius Allmond went to work at Orgill and LaTissa Hooker is working at St. Jude. Please pray for these individuals as they encounter the joys and challenges of their new positions.
JOB FAIR: We're grateful to the employers and educational institutions who joined us for our Job Fair on Tuesday. 25 current students and alumni attended the fair, and many job opportunities developed from the day. Thank you to Encadria, Mid-South Community College, Johnson-Bryce, First Student and Crichton College.
